Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Industry: Digital Marketing Agency
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and sales pitches with prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Website Development, and Branding.
- Lead generation and client acquisition experience.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or digital marketing services sales (preferred).
