Consultant Chef – Healthy Baking Range Development (Short-Term Project)
We are looking for an experienced Consultant Chef/Bakery R&D Specialist to develop a range of commercially viable, fail-proof healthy baking recipes for our existing bakery in Udaipur.
Scope of Work:
- Develop and standardize recipes for:
- Zero-maida breads
- Millet-based breads
- Protein breads
- Gluten-free breads
- Zero-sugar rusks
- Healthy cookies
- Tea cakes and other nutritious baked products
- Create recipes suitable for consistent commercial production.
- Optimize formulations for taste, texture, shelf life, and scalability.
- Provide SOPs, batch-wise measurements, production processes, and quality standards.
- Recommend ingredients, sourcing options, and production best practices.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong experience in artisan, healthy, functional, or gluten-free baking.
- Proven track record in bakery product development and recipe standardization.
- Understanding of millets, alternative flours, protein-enriched baking, and sugar-free formulations.
Project Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan
Engagement: Short-term consulting/project basis
The objective is to create a focused, market-ready menu of healthy baked products that can be successfully integrated into our existing bakery operations.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per week
