Job Description:
We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers (Freshers Welcome!) to join our growing Logistics & E-commerce team.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound customer calls
- Coordinate with customers for order confirmation
- Track shipments and deliveries
- Coordinate with the logistics team for smooth order processing
- Provide information about services and resolve basic customer queries
- Maintain call records and follow up with customers when required
