Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead seller onboarding, catalogue management, seller training, and relationship management operations. The candidate will be responsible for driving seller growth, improving seller performance, and increasing overall platform revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Seller Onboarding, Catalogue & Training, and Seller Relationship teams
- Develop strategies to attract and retain high-performing sellers
- Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of sellers on the platform
- Provide seller training and performance guidance
- Build strong relationships with sellers and resolve escalations efficiently
- Monitor seller performance and revenue growth
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking
Requirements
- Experience in E-commerce / Marketplace Operations / Seller Management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage teams and handle seller relationships
- Target-driven and organized professional
