We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our healthcare team. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing quality patient care, monitoring patient health, administering medications, assisting physicians, and maintaining accurate medical records. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a patient-centered approach to care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during examinations and procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, or equivalent qualification.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle patient care responsibilities effectively.
