We are looking for enthusiastic Telecaller Interns who are passionate about communication and helping students choose the right career path.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students using the provided leads.
- Explain our IT courses, training programs, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with interested candidates and schedule counselling sessions.
- Answer basic course-related queries in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and student enquiries.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for lead conversions.
- Achieve daily and weekly calling targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam (English communication is an added advantage).
- Confident, polite, and professional phone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers and college students are encouraged to apply.
