We are looking for Telecalling Executives with good communication skills and fluency in Telugu and English.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
- Communicate with customers professionally and clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain proper records of calls and customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers when required.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Telugu and English.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduation.
- Experience: 0–2 years; freshers are welcome.
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Candidates should be comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
