Ramada by Wyndham Goa Vagator is looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and service-driven professionals to join our Housekeeping team.
Position: Housekeeping Guest Service Associate (GSA)
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to brand standards.
- Ensure rooms are fully stocked with guest amenities and linen.
- Report maintenance issues and lost & found items promptly.
- Follow hotel SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Deliver exceptional service by responding to guest requests courteously and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
Requirements:
✔ 1–3 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel.
✔ Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning standards.
✔ Positive attitude with excellent grooming and communication skills.
✔ Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
✔ Hospitality qualification will be an added advantage.
