Roles & Responsibilities
Create engaging and high-quality content including photos, videos, reels, stories,
and posts for social media platforms
Plan, shoot, and edit content aligned with the brand’s tone, goals, and campaigns
Manage day-to-day social media content calendar and posting schedules
Execute creative ideas for campaigns, launches, events, and festive content
Write basic captions, hashtags, and short copy for posts
Ensure consistency in branding, visuals, and messaging across platforms
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, sales) for content requirements
Engage and manage the online community
Cover on-site activities, events, and behind-the-scenes content when required
Monitor content performance (likes, reach, engagement) and suggest improvements
Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and platform updates
Maintain and organize content assets (photos, videos, raw files)
Ensure timely delivery of content and adherence to deadlines
Requirements
Knowledge of basic video editing software such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, InShot,
VN, or similar tools
Basic understanding of reels, short-form videos, and social media formats
Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
