Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students.
- Explain courses and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Follow up with leads and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and CRM updates.
Requirements
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or Voice Process.
- Mandatory Language: English & Kannada or English & Malayalam.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
