Position: Showroom Manager Industry: Jewellery Retail Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day showroom operations smoothly and efficiently.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the showroom sales team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Maintain proper display, cleanliness, and visual merchandising of jewellery products.
- Ensure stock management, inventory control, and coordination with audit teams.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, and showroom security procedures.
- Conduct staff training on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Coordinate with management regarding sales performance and operational updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.

- 4 to 8 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery industry.
- Prior team handling experience is preferred.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
