Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote company services/products.
- Handle inbound calls, resolve customer queries, and provide accurate information.
- Maintain and update customer databases with new information.
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines during calls.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Escalate complex issues to the team leader or management when required.
- Prepare and submit call logs, reports, and feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6–12 months of experience as a Telecaller, Client Service Executive, or similar role (freshers may also apply depending on requirement).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (add local languages if needed).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a high-volume call environment.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
