Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers over the phone with banking-related queries (account balance, fund transfers, card services, etc.).
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding bank products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a polite and professional attitude.
- Update customer records accurately in the internal database.
- Meet daily service quality and productivity targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Any Graduate (Mandatory).
- Language Skills:
- Hindi: Fluent (Ability to explain complex terms clearly).
- English: Average/Conversational (Ability to understand and speak basic sentences).
- Local Language: Knowledge of the local regional language is a significant advantage.
- Skills: * Good listening and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Typing and MS Office).
