Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor – Executive / Senior Executive to join our civil construction team in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, measurement, billing, cost monitoring, and commercial coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
- Prepare BOQs, estimates, rate analysis, and cost-related documents.
- Verify contractor/subcontractor measurements and bills.
- Prepare and check interim payment applications.
- Monitor project quantities and material consumption.
- Assist in cost estimation and budget monitoring.
- Coordinate with project, planning, procurement, and site teams.
- Review variations, extra items, and deviations.
- Maintain quantity and commercial records.
- Assist with reconciliation of materials and quantities.
- Support preparation of final accounts and project documentation.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
- 2–5 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience in civil construction.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, measurements, billing, estimation, and rate analysis.
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and construction documentation is preferred.
- Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
