Roles & Responsibilities -
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Non-Delivery Report (NDR) calls, resolving logistics-related tickets, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers, courier partners, and internal teams. Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct NDR calls to confirm delivery preferences, update addresses, and resolve customer delivery issues.
- Handle and resolve logistics tickets in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with courier partners and internal teams to ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and issue resolution.
- Track shipments and proactively follow up on delayed or failed deliveries.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for all logistics activities and escalations.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with customers and stakeholders.
- Generate and analyze reports using MS Excel or Google Sheets to identify trends and improve delivery performance.
- Assist in implementing process improvements to reduce NDRs and improve logistics efficiency.
Must Have -
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in logistics, customer service, or operations (preferred).
- Prior experience in NDR calling and ticket handling is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
