Job Title: Sales Executive – Ice Cream Sandwiches (Distribution & B2B)
Location: Hyderabad
Experience Required: 2–3 Years in Sales & Distribution
Industry Preference: Ice Cream / Gelato
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the existing distributor and dealer network across Hyderabad and other target markets.
- Develop new distribution channels and expand market presence.
- Generate and manage B2B sales opportunities with retailers, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and institutional customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard potential customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely order collection, payment follow-up, and market coverage.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment and customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales and distribution, preferably in the Ice Cream or Gelato FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of distributor management and market development.
- Experience in B2B sales and dealer network handling.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel within Hyderabad and other assigned territories.
