The Opportunity
We're hiring Field Intelligence Officers (FIOs) across two states — a hands-on, on-ground role for sharp, curious individuals who want real exposure to election strategy, voter research, and political intelligence.
As an FIO, you'll be the eyes and ears on the ground, capturing voter sentiment and feeding live data into our command center for MLA and MP election campaigns.
What You'll Do
Conduct structured field surveys across assigned booths
Collect voter data, ground sentiment & constituency intelligence
Support booth-level mapping with accuracy and discipline
Use mobile data-collection tools for real-time reporting
Coordinate with Field Managers on daily intelligence updates
Operate under strict confidentiality protocols (NDA required)
Who Should Apply
Students / fresh graduates / early-career candidates welcome
Fluent in Hindi
Comfortable working in field conditions across the assigned district
Familiar with smartphones & data-collection apps
High integrity, discipline & commitment to confidentiality
Two-wheeler preferred for booth-to-booth mobility
