Job Title: Sales Head – Construction Equipment
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Head to lead our construction equipment sales operations in Indore. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, and expanding market presence for products such as excavators, loaders, graders, pavers, drill machines, compressors, and rock breakers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for construction equipment
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships
- Handle key accounts including contractors, infrastructure companies, and dealers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Coordinate with service and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 8–15 years of experience in construction equipment or heavy machinery sales
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good understanding of the local market in Madhya Pradesh
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under targets and pressure
Preferred Experience
- Experience in handling premium or branded construction equipment
- Existing network with contractors, builders, and infrastructure companies
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
