Responsibilities: Data Entry, Data processi Prepare, review and validate premium, claims and risk Bordereaux in line with Lloyd’s and market requirement
- Ensure accurate data capture, formatting and mapping as per the contract specifications and reporting templates
- Monitor submission deadlines and maintain accurate records of all Bordereaux reports
- Assist with regulatory reporting and provide data insights for internal stakeholders.
- Manage and resolve queries from underwriters, brokers and coverholders relating to bordereaux submissions.
- Liaise with internal teams to provide clarification and ensure timely resolution.
- Escalate complex issues while ensuring continuous follow-up until closure.
- Responsible to handle high volume of transactions and identify scenarios demanding escalation to supervisor to avoid any escalations/complaints
- Floor support to new hires and mentoring them wrt query handling
- Strong knowledge of the Lloyds of London Market especially Delegated Authority and bordereaux reporting
- Proficiency in excel, bordereaux management system and data validation tool
- Excellent data comprehension skills to read and carefully interpret business requirements
- Good understanding of Insurance Life cycle and Terms
