GoKite Tours & Tours LLP is seeking a Travel Consultant with 1–4 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably with expertise in B2B/B2C Holidays, Ticketing, and Visa services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle B2B and B2C travel enquiries and understand client requirements.
- Plan and sell domestic and international holiday packages.
- Create customized itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals.
- Assist with visa requirements, documentation, and application processing.
- Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, suppliers, and other travel partners.
- Manage ticketing and other travel-related arrangements.
- Follow up with clients and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Handle booking changes, cancellations, and customer queries.
- Meet individual sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in the Travel & Tourism industry.
- Experience in B2B/B2C Holidays, Visa services, and/or Ticketing.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of GDS, travel portals, or CRM will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.
