Position Title: Sales Manager
About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and technically grounded Sales Manager to spearhead business development across Industrial & Transportation verticals in India. You will own the full sales cycle — from pipeline building to order closure — for our Plant Communication, PBX, Wireless, CCTV, Access Control, and FDAS solutions, across both Greenfield and Brownfield projects.
Key Responsibilities:
· Find sales opportunities Plant Communication System, PBX, Wireless, CCTV, Access Control, FDAS) in Greenfield and Brownfield projects in Industrial & Transportation verticals in India Region.
· Devise and execute a business development and sales process (pipeline management and conversion) to explore target customers and projects and generate appropriate solutions for short and long term profitable revenue growth.
· Identify key influencing and decision making customers and develop strong relationships through multiple entry points with key decision-makers and position Netware as a preferred supplier.
· Develop and build an appropriate channel and partner strategy and relationships for market promotion, penetration and support infrastructure.
· Should have a good understanding of Oil & Gas, Energy, Chemicals & Industrial customers along exposure of working with Industrial consultants and EPC’s.
· Techno Commercial person who understands the technology pitch as well as the commercial operations knowledge.
· Provide recommendations to Director/ General Manager on product category specific prioritisation of the markets, applications and products that provide greatest sustainable growth opportunities.
· Work with Presales & Bid Management teams for timely submission of RFQ’s.
· Identify new opportunities and enter in CRM for Management forecasting and production planning.
· Negotiate with end-customer representatives, partners and EPC representatives with aim to close sales opportunities and take orders.
· Support and assist to orders delivery aiming to get revenue.
· Report to General Manager and develop sales plan and budgets.
· Collection of payments as per contract terms & conditions.
Experience:
· B.E./ B.Tech / Diploma from reputed institutes in Electronics / Electrical, MBA in Sales & Marketing will be advantage.
· Experience of 4-5 years in similar industry.
· Knowledge of Oil & Gas, Energy, Chemical & Fertilizers and Transportation domain.
· Strong analytical, planning and organizing skills.
· Self-driven, self-dependent and autonomous by nature and high on integrity.
· Commitment to customer satisfaction.
· Channel and partner management capability.
