This role is particularly suited to architects who enjoy design-led, high-quality architecture and want to understand how a project evolves from an idea on paper into a finished built environment.

Ensure that the models and visualizations accurately represent the architectural design and support informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
d) Co-ordination with External agencies - Coordinate with consultants to obtain detailed supporting drawings. Perform extensive Market research for new technologies and materials and coordinate with vendors to attain product information and competitive quotes.
e) Project Management - Maintain the project management master file of allotted projects through regular meetings with the Site Engineer to oversee the progress and maintain the schedule of construction.
f) Conduct timely Site visits - To check on project progress, ensuring that the project is running as per the GFC drawings, to address bottle necks and doubts.
g) Problem Solving - Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction bg providing innovative solutions.
