Job Description .NET Full Stack (Blazor) – Technical Lead (Exp: 8-12 Years)
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced .NET Full Stack (Blazor) as a Technical Lead in maintaining, documenting, and enhancing central solutions, including those not yet integrated into existing application domains, across multiple technologies. Actively contribute to the setup and development of proof-of-concepts (POCs) in collaboration with architects. Experience in modern application development and design, a strong willingness to learn and explore new technologies, and the ability to provide technical support and maintenance. The ideal candidate should also be capable of engaging in solution architecture discussions with the architect team.

Experience should have 8-12 years of .NET Full Stack (Blazor) as a Technical Lead of which 5+ years of relevant experience in similar role.

- Ability to understand and adapt to a complex and changing environment.
- Ability to work with extended teams located in various sites in Europe and in offshore context.
- Understand and accept the responsibility of handling production grade applications.
- Be structured and organized (including time management) and be able to work under stress with several challenges in parallel.
- Proficient in .Net (preferably C#)
- Proficient in Blazor and/or Angular (or comparable web application frameworks)
- Proficient in Azure DevOps (CI/CD + industrialization of solutions in a 3 tier landscape)
- Good knowledge of Azure data tools (Blob & DataLake storage, Databricks, Data Factory)
- Good knowledge of HTML/CSS and/or Document generation tools

Good knowledge of modern application designs
- Good knowledge of API & RESTful designs (REST/SOAP)
- Good knowledge of OCR tools
- Good knowledge of Azure AI tools (or other similar AI tools – LLM based focus)
- Basic knowledge of modern solution architecture
Roles & Responsibility:
Solution Development and Maintenance: Develop, maintain and support our (requires full stack development skills):
- XCarb certification tool [Azure: C#, Blazor & DevOps]
- Document generation tool, including follow-up on patching [Compart]
Data foundation environment [Azure: DataLake storage, Databricks, Data Factory]
Proof of Concept (POC) Development: Support developments document extraction and other similar use cases, focused on AI (LLM’s):
