Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate International Outbound Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with prospective clients in Australia, introducing our partners' renewable energy solutions, and generating qualified leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to operate effectively within a structured, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Lead Generation: Conduct high-volume outbound telemarketing campaigns directed at the Australian residential market to promote solar and heating solutions.
- Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify prospective clients against established criteria to ensure high conversion probability for the closing team.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all client interactions, lead statuses, and appointment details within the company CRM system.
- Client Representation: Serve as a professional representative of JuniperForge Technologies and our international partners, ensuring all communications adhere to strict quality and compliance standards.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead generation quotas.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in international outbound voice processes (Australian, UK, or US shifts preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills, with a neutral accent and full professional proficiency in English.
- Availability: Strict adherence to the Australian shift timings (5:30 AM to 2:30 PM IST).
- Technical Proficiency: Experience utilizing CRM software and standard VOIP telephony systems.
- Attributes: High degree of resilience, professionalism, and a strong orientation toward achieving sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in lead generation for the Solar, HVAC, or broader home improvement industries.
- Familiarity with Australian geographic regions and business etiquette.
Compensation and Benefits:
