ACCOMADATION AND LOCAL TRASPORTATION PROVIDED BY COMPANY
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY
- Review and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Quality Plans, and Procedures.
- Carry out stage-wise inspections at vendor premises / project site.
- Perform inspection of equipment, piping, structural works, and materials as per codes & client specifications.
- Witness and verify NDT (UT, RT, MT, PT), hydrotest, functional tests, and calibration of equipment.
- Review and verify Material Test Certificates (MTC), Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), PQR, and Welder Qualifications.
- Monitor quality and ensure compliance with ASME, API, ASTM, ISO, and refinery standards.
- Identify and report non-conformities, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Prepare and submit unbiased inspection reports to the client.
- Coordinate with client, contractor, and vendor to resolve inspection issues.
- Ensure safety compliance during inspection activities.
