## Property Transformation & Maintenance Executive
### Roles & Responsibilities
* Manage transformation and upgrading of new hotel, resort, homestay, hostel, and villa properties.
* Coordinate renovation, furnishing, painting, electrical, plumbing, and interior works.

* Supervise maintenance activities of existing properties.
* Conduct regular property inspections and quality audits.
* Identify maintenance issues and coordinate timely repairs.
* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, technicians, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and suppliers.
* Monitor project timelines and ensure work completion on schedule.
* Support property setup including signage, room standards, toiletries, linen setup, lighting, furniture placement, and guest experience improvements.
* Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, inventory, and project progress.
* Ensure proper functioning of electrical systems, water systems, pumps, generators, ACs, and other infrastructure.
* Assist management in budgeting and material planning for renovation and maintenance projects.
* Visit properties regularly and report operational or infrastructure issues.
* Coordinate emergency maintenance requirements when needed.
* Support new property onboarding and pre-opening preparations.
* Ensure cleanliness, safety standards, and hospitality presentation quality across all properties.
* Work closely with operations, housekeeping, procurement, and management teams.
### Preferred Skills
* Basic knowledge in civil, electrical, plumbing, and interior works.
* Ability to manage multiple properties and teams.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Problem-solving and field management capability.
* Experience in hotel, resort, or property maintenance preferred.
* Ability to travel between properties.
### Additional Advantage
* Experience in hospitality projects or hotel setup.
* Knowledge of vendors and contractors in Kerala hospitality sector.
* Basic computer and reporting skills.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹11,165.02 - ₹34,349.29 per month
