A law office requires a detail-oriented individual to manage and update billing records for cases through a prexisting MS Access database. The role involves accurately entering case details, maintaining structured records, and generating bills in the prescribed format while ensuring consistency across entries.
The candidate will be expected to work with existing data systems, follow clear instructions, and maintain strict confidentiality of all case-related information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry and maintenance of billing records in MS Access
- Generating and updating bills as per case data
- Verifying accuracy and completeness of entries
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of MS Access or database systems (or ability to learn quickly)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word with good typing accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and reliability in handling confidential data
This is a one-month, fixed-term role with a stipend/salary ranging from ₹7500 to ₹12,000.
Law background is not mandatory.
