Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and leadership-driven Senior Consultant to join our consultancy firm in Surat. The candidate should have strong expertise in HR consulting, business consulting, client handling, operations, strategy execution, and team leadership.
This is a lead-level position requiring someone who can independently manage clients, drive consulting projects, build long-term business relationships, and contribute to company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage consulting projects across HR, operations, and business functions
- Handle end-to-end HR consulting for clients
- Develop HR strategies, hiring systems, SOPs, and organizational structures
- Manage recruitment planning and talent acquisition support
- Conduct business analysis and provide growth-oriented consulting solutions
- Handle client meetings, presentations, and requirement gathering
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Train and guide junior consultants and team members
- Improve operational efficiency and business processes
- Support business development and lead generation activities
- Create reports, proposals, and strategic documentation
- Ensure timely delivery of consulting services with high professional standards
