Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented AGM/GM – Civil to lead and manage large-scale plotted township development projects. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of residential township projects while leading multidisciplinary construction teams. The role requires strong technical expertise, project management capabilities, contractor management, and the ability to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead planning, execution, and timely delivery of plotted township and infrastructure development projects.
· Manage all civil construction activities, including roads, drainage, sewerage, water supply, boundary walls, and external development works.
· Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and budgets.
· Monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and contractor performance to achieve project milestones.
· Lead and mentor project teams comprising engineers, supervisors, and site staff.
· Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, vendors, and government authorities for smooth project execution.
· Review project progress, resolve technical issues, and implement corrective actions where required.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
· Control project costs, approve contractor bills, and optimise resource utilisation.
· Prepare and present periodic project status reports and updates to senior management.
Educational Qualification
- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
- M.Tech or Project Management certification will be an added advantage
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in civil construction and township development.
- Proven experience in handling large-scale plotted township projects.
- Strong experience in infrastructure development including roads, sewerage, drainage, water supply, and external development works.
- Experience managing multiple project locations simultaneously will be preferred.
