The Social Media Head will be responsible for managing and developing the digital presence of the Group across various sectors. The role involves content planning, brand promotions, campaign management, audience engagement, and improving the overall online visibility of the Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Plan and execute social media strategies for Hotels, Schools, Construction, and Group businesses.
- Prepare monthly content calendars and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and unit teams for content creation.
- Create engaging posts, reels, videos, advertisements, and brand campaigns.
- Promote events, admissions, offers, projects, launches, achievements, and company activities online.
- Monitor audience engagement, messages, reviews, and social media performance.
- Prepare monthly social media performance and engagement reports.
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and social media strategies.
- Ensure consistent brand image and communication across all business divisions.
Qualification:
Graduate in Marketing, Media, Communication, or related field
3–5 years of experience in Social Media & Digital Marketing
Good communication and creative skills
Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics & video editing tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
