Are you a trusted business partner with strong leadership presence and proven program management capabilities? We invite you to join NNE India as a Senior Consultant – Learning & Development, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping capability, talent, and performance across the organization.
You will become part of a dynamic and agile HR team of approximately 20 colleagues, operating with a strong improvement and continuous learning mindset. Working in close collaboration with HR counterparts in Denmark, the team delivers best‑in‑class people solutions by leveraging diverse expertise and global perspectives.
In this role, you will partner closely with Learning & Development Consultants (both in IN & DK), Line Of Business - Managers, HR-Business Partner and support a growing organization of around 700 highly engaged professionals within pharma engineering. As a trusted advisor, you will act as a key point of reference for Learning, Talent, and Performance Development initiatives, ensuring alignment with NNE India’s strategic priorities and execution plans. You will actively champion Talent Capability & Development, embedding it deeply across the organization and keeping it high on the leadership agenda.
How you might spend your days:
You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with broad exposure across the organization in India and Denmark. Your days will balance strategic advisory work with hands‑on execution, partnering closely with business leaders, HR colleagues, and Learning & Development peers. More specifically, you will:
- Partner with the business and leadership teams to understand strategic priorities and translate them into impactful learning, talent, and performance development initiatives
- Lead and govern learning initiatives and programs, collaborating with internal stakeholders, HR partners, subject matter experts, and external vendors to deliver high‑quality learning experiences.
- Conduct data‑driven needs analyses to identify current and future skill gaps, ensuring learning solutions are targeted, relevant, and aligned with business outcomes.
- Design and drive end‑to‑end learning strategies that strengthen organizational capabilities, leadership effectiveness, and performance, using sound adult learning principles and modern learning methodologies.
- Measure and evaluate the impact of L&D initiatives, defining success metrics, analyzing insights, and continuously improving programs to demonstrate business value.
- Support organizational change and transformation, enabling leaders and employees through learning solutions that build adaptability, resilience, and performance readiness.
Act as a trusted advisor and role model in Learning & Development, staying up to date with trends, tools, and best practices to keep NNE’s learning agenda future‑ready.

- Proven experience supporting change and transformation, helping organizations and individuals build adaptability and performance in evolving environments.
- Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning, staying up to date with new approaches, tools, and technologies within Learning & Development.
- Experience with psychometric tools, where certifications (e.g., Discovery Insights) are considered a strong advantage.

The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- A degree within HR, Business Administration or alike
- Minimum 12 years of experience, hereof minimum 8 years of experience within Learning & Development
- Proven experience within stakeholder management and leadership development
- Experience working for MNC
