- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Drive primary and secondary sales across dealerships
- Ensure consistent growth in market share and revenue
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
2. Dealer Network Management
- Expand and strengthen dealer/distributor network
- Ensure healthy ROI for dealers and channel partners
- Conduct regular dealer reviews and performance evaluations
- Resolve critical dealer issues and escalations
3. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage Regional Sales Managers / Area Managers / Sales Executives
- Set performance targets and monitor achievement
- Ensure training and development of sales team
- Build a high-performance sales culture
4. Marketing & Promotional Activities
- Coordinate with marketing team for local promotions and campaigns
- Ensure effective execution of product launches and schemes
- Drive brand visibility and customer engagement activities
5. Financial & Budget Control
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per budget
- Monitor scheme spends and promotional budgets
- Ensure profitability at dealer and company level
6. Customer & Market Management
- Improve customer satisfaction and brand loyalty
- Handle key customer escalations when required
- Gather and analyze customer feedback for improvement
7. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare MIS reports on sales performance, dealer performance, and market trends
- Present business reviews to senior management
- Ensure accurate forecasting and planning
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
