Job Summary:
We are hiring a Telecaller to support our delivery operations by verifying customer details and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and courier partners. This is a great opportunity for candidates who have strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call customers from a provided database to verify names and delivery addresses.
- Ensure accurate address confirmation for successful parcel deliveries.
- Follow up with customers after delivery to confirm receipt.
- Coordinate with courier partners to track and ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain and update customer data in Excel sheets regularly.
- Keep all records organized and accurate at every stage.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of Excel and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and maintain accurate records.
- Knowledge of regional languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali) is a plus.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Prior telecalling or customer support experience is an advantage (freshers can apply).
