As a Marketing Measurement Leader, you will be the go-to strategic partner for a portfolio of Lifesight customers. Your mission is to thoroughly understand their business and how it operates, translate their growth objectives into a measurement strategy, guide them through test-and-learn programs, and turn insights into action that lifts growth and profit. You’ll also work cross-functionally to influence product direction, craft scalable playbooks, and raise the bar for our entire Customer Success organization.
Impact Area
Measurement Road mapping
- Extensively research and communicate with the customer to understand their business and work with the marketing science, implementation and customer success team to ensure deep understanding of the customers business and goals before proposing a measurement strategy.
- Co-create monthly and quarterly modeling and experimentation plans that map directly to each customer’s media mix, commercial targets, and operational realities.
- Prioritize test slots to drive always-on learning and compound ROI.
Experiment Design & Execution
- Lead customers through the full lifecycle—hypothesis framing, hold-out or geo-split design, data QA, launch, read-out, and iterative optimization.
- Ensure statistical rigour while keeping speed-to-insight high.
Insight Activation
- Distil complex causal models into crisp narratives and actionable recommendations for marketers, finance leaders, and the C-suite.
- Coach customers to operationalize findings inside their planning and buying workflows.
Customer Advocacy
- Proactively flag risks, unblock data challenges, and orchestrate internal resources to exceed adoption and renewal goals.
- Partner with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to convert customer feedback into scalable features.
Thought Leadership & Scale
- Build collateral—playbooks, templates, ROI calculators—that make best practices repeatable across the portfolio.
- Contribute to webinars, case studies, and industry events as a Lifesight measurement evangelist.
Growth & Commercials
- Own renewal forecasting and execution.
- Surface and shepherd qualified up-sell and cross-sell opportunities that deepen customer value.
4+ years in growth marketing, marketing science, or a related analytics/agency/consulting role; hands-on paid media knowledge is essential.
Fluency in causal inference concepts (e.g., lift testing, MMM, incrementality-calibrated attribution) and enthusiasm for demystifying them for non-technical audiences.
Proven customer-facing experience: you can build trusted exec relationships, juggle multiple workstreams, and thrive in ambiguity.
Storytelling chops—turning data into compelling narratives and visuals that drive decisions.
Start-up or high-growth DNA: bias for action, resourcefulness, and comfort context-switching at speed.
Exceptional written and verbal communication in English; additional languages a plus.
