Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage our online presence, increase brand awareness, generate leads, and engage our audience across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing trends and capable of planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Create and publish engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Increase followers and improve engagement organically.
Content Creation
- Write compelling captions, blogs, newsletters, and website content.
- Coordinate with designers and videographers to create high-quality graphics, reels, and videos.
- Ensure all content aligns with the organization's branding.
Digital Advertising
- Plan and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads.
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversions.
- Monitor advertising budgets and ROI.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Optimize website content for search engines.
- Conduct keyword research.
- Improve website rankings and organic traffic.
Website Management
- Update website content regularly.
- Ensure website information is accurate and current.
- Coordinate with developers for technical improvements.
Email & WhatsApp Marketing
- Design and send email campaigns.
- Create WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Maintain customer databases and mailing lists.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track website and social media performance using Google Analytics and platform insights.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Recommend improvements based on data analysis.
Lead Generation
- Generate quality leads through digital campaigns.
- Coordinate with the sales/admissions team for lead follow-up.
- Improve conversion rates.
Brand Promotion
- Plan online campaigns for events, admissions, product launches, and promotions.
- Collaborate with different departments to support marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing is preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Freshers with strong digital marketing skills and a portfolio may also apply.
