What is this opportunity about?
We are seeking a personable, experienced human resources business partner to join our growing organization. In this position, you will primarily act as a consultant for company management on all issues related to human resources. You should be a proactive communicator and change agent, someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions.
Note: Looking for Candidates based out of Ahmedabad Location only.

What are you expected to do?
- Collect, track, and analyze basic HR metrics (turnover, engagement scores, exit trends) to identify operational gaps and recommend incremental process improvements.
- Serve as a trusted first point of contact for employees regarding queries, grievances, workplace ethics, and policies. Address day-to-day conflict resolution with guidance and neutrality.
- Support the execution of the annual HR cycle, including objective setting, mid-year/annual performance reviews, and merit administration, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
- Coordinate and champion employee engagement, well-being, and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives to build a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment.
- Assist Senior HRBPs and managers in executing team-level people strategies, policy rollout, and organizational changes.
- Participate in HR project workstreams, ensuring task-level deliverables and timelines are met consistently.

Qualification
- Post-graduate or Master’s degree preferably in HR.
- 4+ years of experience in a core HR Business Partner / Employee Relations role.
- Previous experience in Employee Engagement, Talent Management,Training and Development is a plus.
Location
We are a Remote First Organisation, however this role will require travel to Ahmedabad Office.
