Role overview
We are looking for a SharePoint & Power Platform Technical Associate with 2–4 years of experience in SharePoint custom development using SPFx, along with Power Apps (Canvas) and Power Automate. The role involves working closely with clients and business stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and provide technical support across development, deployment, and support phases.
Key responsibilities
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective technical solutions.
Develop and customize solutions using SharePoint Online and SPFx (SharePoint Framework).
Build responsive web parts and extensions using SPFx (React/TypeScript preferred).
Design and develop applications using Power Apps (Canvas Apps).
Build and maintain workflows using Power Automate.
Integrate Power Apps, Power Automate, and SPFx solutions with SharePoint Online lists and libraries.
Configure SharePoint features such as metadata, permissions, views, versioning, and approvals.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Follow security, governance, and documentation best practices.
Qualifications and skills
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, SPFx, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Strong experience in SharePoint custom development using SPFx (React/TypeScript preferred).
Good understanding of Power Apps (Canvas Apps) and workflow automation.
Experience working with SharePoint document libraries and DMS concepts.
Basic knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and OData queries.
Ability to interact with clients and business stakeholders.
