We are looking for a passionate and confident Trainer Intern who will assist in delivering training sessions, preparing learning materials, and supporting employee/student development programs. This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in training, teaching, and learning & development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting training sessions (online/offline)
- Help in preparing training materials, presentations, and modules
- Support trainers in workshops, seminars, and onboarding sessions
- Observe and evaluate training effectiveness
- Maintain training records and attendance
- Coordinate with teams for scheduling sessions
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve training programs
Skills Required
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Confidence in public speaking
- Basic knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
