1. Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QA Automation Tester to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of both Automation Testing and Manual Testing, ensuring the delivery of reliable, scalable, and high-quality software products. The candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts while also performing manual testing wherever required. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, API testing, and modern automation frameworks is essential.
2. Key Responsibilities
Automation Testing: Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure software quality and application stability.
CI/CD Integration: Work efficiently with CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated test suites into continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
Selenium Automation: Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium for web application testing.
Playwright & Modern Automation Tools: Perform end-to-end automation testing using Playwright and other modern automation tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
API Testing: Conduct API testing using Postman, validate REST APIs, verify request-response data, and ensure seamless backend integration.
Manual Testing: Execute functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to identify defects and ensure software quality.
Defect Reporting: Identify, document, track, and collaborate with developers to resolve software defects using defect management tools.
Test Documentation: Prepare and maintain test cases, test scenarios, test plans, execution reports, and automation documentation.
Quality Assurance: Ensure applications meet business requirements, performance standards, and quality benchmarks before deployment.
Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and DevOps teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
3. Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of Manual Testing and Automation Testing concepts. Hands-on experience with Selenium automation.
Knowledge of Playwright and other automation frameworks/tools. Experience with Postman for API Testing.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation execution within deployment workflows.
Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Pay: ₹2,500.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
