Job Description – HR Intern
Organization: Physiocares & Edigillence
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain daily employee attendance records.
- Manage leave applications and update leave records.
- Assist in hiring and recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with applicants.
- Support employee onboarding by collecting required documents and completing joining formalities.
- Maintain employee documentation and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
- Manage and update HR databases, employee files, and other HR-related data.
- Assist in implementing and communicating company HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
