Job Summary
We are looking for a well-organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to support the Director in managing day-to-day activities, scheduling, communication, documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Act like a Partner Personal and Professional Both
- Manage the Director’s daily calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients, employees, and business partners.
- Handle calls, emails, messages, and other correspondence on behalf of the Director.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Maintain confidential records, files, and important documents.
- Coordinate with different departments and ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks.
- Maintain a list of important deadlines, meetings, and commitments.
- Assist the Director with travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries when required.
- Attend meetings when required and prepare meeting notes/minutes.
- Track pending tasks and provide timely reminders and updates to the Director.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion.
- Perform other administrative and coordination tasks assigned by the Director.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Secretary, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, email, and basic computer applications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Presentable, professional, and confident personality.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
