Job Title: Store Incharge – Coco Peat Industry
Job Summary
The Store Incharge is responsible for managing the storage, receipt, and dispatch of coco peat raw materials and finished products. The role ensures proper inventory control, accurate documentation, and efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Receive and verify incoming raw materials such as coco peat, husk, and packaging materials.
2. Maintain proper stock records for raw materials, finished goods, and packing materials.
3. Ensure proper storage and stacking of coco peat blocks, grow bags, and other products.
4. Coordinate with the production team for material requirements.
5. Prepare dispatch materials as per sales orders and shipment schedules.
6. Maintain stock registers, inward and outward records, and inventory reports.
7. Conduct regular stock verification and report shortages or damages.
8. Ensure cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse/store area.
9. Supervise loading and unloading of materials.
10. Coordinate with logistics and transport for timely dispatch.
Requirements
Any Degree / Diploma preferred.
1. 2–5 years experience in store or warehouse operations (manufacturing / agro industry preferred).
2. Basic knowledge of inventory management and documentation.
3. Ability to handle stock records and coordination with departments.
4. Basic computer knowledge (Excel / ERP preferred).
5. Local candidates preferred
