An Accounts Executive is responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role involves handling accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, invoicing, and supporting financial audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare and issue invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budget preparation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
