* Prepare and arrange the Operation Theatre before every surgery.
* Ensure OT cleanliness, hygiene, sterilization and infection-control protocols.
* Arrange and check surgical instruments, equipment, OT tables, lights and other required materials.
* Assist surgeons, anesthetists and nursing staff during surgical procedures.
* Prepare and position patients safely for surgery as instructed by the clinical team.
* Ensure availability and proper functioning of anesthesia and surgical equipment.
* Maintain sterile techniques and prevent contamination during procedures.
* Assist in shifting patients to and from the OT/recovery area.
* Clean, disinfect and prepare OT and instruments after every procedure.
* Maintain OT instruments, equipment, consumables and inventory.
* Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment immediately.
* Follow biomedical waste management and hospital safety protocols.
* Maintain proper OT records, checklists and procedure-related documentation.
* Ensure emergency equipment and required surgical supplies are readily available.
* Coordinate with doctors, nurses, housekeeping and other hospital departments for smooth OT functioning.
* Perform other OT-related duties assigned by the OT In-charge.
Pay: ₹10,139.63 - ₹26,494.04 per month
