About the Role We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager who can manage and grow our online business across marketplaces and D2C platforms. The candidate will be responsible for sales growth, product listings, inventory management, promotions, and overall marketplace performance.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage online sales across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and company website.
- Create, optimize, and manage product listings.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams.
- Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and advertising campaigns.
- Manage PPC campaigns and analyze ROI.
- Track sales performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Coordinate with catalog, logistics, and customer support teams.
- Improve product rankings, visibility, and conversion rates.
- Handle marketplace issues, claims, returns, and account health.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Ecommerce Operations.
- Experience with Marketplace Management.
- Knowledge of PPC Advertising (Amazon Ads, Sponsored Products, PLA, etc.).
- Product Listing & Catalog Management.
- Inventory & Order Management.
- Advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Data Analysis and Reporting.
- Good Communication & Team Management Skills.
- Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- Experience working with multiple marketplaces.
- Knowledge of Shopify and D2C operations will be an added advantage.
