The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, generating leads, and supporting the sales team through effective communication and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce company products and services.
- Explain product features and benefits in a professional and engaging manner.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries politely and provide accurate information.
- Maintain and update customer records, call logs, and lead details in the system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers to enhance engagement and conversions.
Requirements
- Freshers can apply.
- Basic communication skills in Hindi; English communication will be an added advantage.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with data entry.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
