Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new accounts across manufacturing, industrial, and OEM segments
- Own the full sales cycle — systematically move leads from first contact through active engagement, technical validation, and close
- Conduct on-site and virtual product demonstrations; work closely with engineering teams to scope customer requirements
- Prepare technical proposals and cost estimates for robotic welding, machine tending, palletizing, and related automation solutions
- Negotiate pricing, manage purchase orders, and ensure smooth handoff to project delivery
- Meet quarterly sales targets and maintain accurate CRM pipeline reporting
- Build and expand relationships with manufacturers and OEMs across Tamil Nadu's industrial clusters
- Represent Effica Automation at trade shows and industry events
Requirements
- 3–8 years of B2B technical sales experience in robotics, industrial automation, machinery, or capital equipment
- Proven full-cycle sales track record with measurable target achievement
- Working knowledge of automation systems — PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, robotic welding/material handling/palletizing
- Strong existing network within Tamil Nadu's manufacturing and industrial sector
- Fluent in Tamil and English
Preferred
- BE/Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering
- Familiarity with robot brands: ABB, Fanuc, KUKA, Yaskawa,
- Experience with systems integrators or robotics OEMs
