Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Field Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling both field and office sales activities, assisting clients with property inquiries, conducting site visits, and supporting the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Meet prospective clients and explain property details.
- Conduct property site visits and client meetings.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for documentation and deal processing.
- Prepare reports and maintain customer records using MS Excel and Word.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Required Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
- Customer-focused with excellent follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Sales or Real Estate Sales.
- 10th/12th Pass or Graduate.
- Candidates residing within approximately 5 km of Manish Nagar, Andheri West will be preferred.
- Candidates owning a two-wheeler will be given preference.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
