The Front Office Associate is responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, providing information, and ensuring a positive guest experience. This role serves as the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness.
Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements professionally.
Maintain accurate guest records and update reservation systems.
Process payments, invoices, and billing transactions.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
Assist guests with luggage arrangements, transportation, and other services when required.
Follow hotel policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
