Qualification: B.Sc/ M.Sc in Chemistry
· Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
· Ensure production targets are achieved with optimum utilization of manpower and machinery.
· Monitor production processes and improve productivity and efficiency.
· Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, QA/QC, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments.
· Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, ISO standards, and safety regulations.
· Monitor production KPIs such as:
- Production output
- Yield
- Overall Equipment Effectiveness
- Rejection rate
- Material consumption
- Effluent Generation
· Control Effluent costs and reduce.
· Lead root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.
· Train, mentor, and evaluate production supervisors and operators.
· Maintain production records (BMR) and prepare management reports.
· Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed in coordination with the maintenance team.
· Support new product trials and process optimization.
